1/12th scale Tipsy Nipper
Designed to 1/12th scale these plans are packed with detail and information, and are based on the colourful OO-WOT. For a simpler build that does not invlolve moulding a bubble canopy, the plans also show the outline of the prototype Nipper – OO-NIP, which has an open cockpit with a simple windscreen, and lower rear fuselage line.
The model has a wingspan of 19.5 inches, and although it features scale rib spacing, it is quite simple to construct. It is designed to fly using rubber power, but could be converted to electric free flight or even radio control (no conversion instructions are shown on the plan).
